• Shipping and Tracking

  • All of our items have a one to three business day processing time. NOTE: PLEASE ALLOW 7 BUSINESS DAYS TO PRINT THIS ITEM DUE TO IT'S LARGER SIZE. Normal Business hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Central Time.

  • Orders will be sent via USPS. A tracking number will be provided. If you receive an item that has been damaged or is missing contents, or if your item does not arrive, please contact us so we can notify the carrier to open a claim. Please keep all packaging, including packing materials, contents, invoices, and packing slips, as you may need these for the claims process.

    
    

• Returns

  • We are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, you may return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of shipping date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the product must be returned complete and in sellable condition to qualify for a refund. Refund amount will include full purchase price of product and all collected taxes.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. All returns should be shipped by a reputable shipper and be properly packaged and fully insured. Products returned after 30 days purchase date are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Sorry, but no returns are accepted after 60 days.
