Shipping and Tracking

All of our items have a 1 - 3 business day processing time. Business hours are Mon - Fri 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Central Time.

Orders will be sent via USPS. A tracking number will be provided. If you receive a damaged or incomplete item, or if it does not arrive, please contact us so we can notify the carrier to open a claim. Please keep all packaging, including packing materials, contents, invoices and packing slips, as you may need these for the claims process.

Returns

We are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, you may return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of shipping date if the product is complete and in sellable condition. Refund amount will include full purchase price of product and taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. All returns should be shipped by a reputable shipper, be properly packaged, and fully insured. Products returned after 30 days purchase date are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Sorry, but no returns after 60 days.
